My Weight Loss Journey…
I struggled with weight loss for several years. I felt frustrated, angry and worst of all, defeated.  I am an ex yo-yo dieter.  I tried everything: a variety of diets and cleanses, spending hours at the gym (sometimes even going twice in one day!), restricting my calories, counting macros, I even tried fat burners (I’m embarrassed to admit :o) ...

And none of it worked.

After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY body’s needs… not random fads from people online who aren’t even certified.
I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.

I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.

Hating how I felt was not an option. Hating the way clothes fit me was not an option. Hating the body I saw in the mirror and not loving myself was not an option. I was all in.

So I figured out how to manage my stressors and train my body to stop signaling “store fat” which prevented me from losing the weight.

And I lost 25 lbs. The same 25 lbs I had tried to lose for years - and this time for good.

Is this a group program?
This is a fusion of both 1:1 and group program. The effort and work you put into your own health journey will be independent from anyone else. You will receive 1:1 attention in the weekly group coaching calls.  There is also the option of enrolling in the program via private stream.
How long will it take me to go through the entire program?
The entire program is 12 weeks in length from start to finish.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
You will not need to spend more than 10-15 minutes going through the weekly program content. Weekly coaching calls last between roughly 45-60 minutes. Additional time will need to be set aside to grocery shop and meal prep (you will receive a shopping list with recipes to save you time).
I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind? 
The beauty of the way the program was designed is that you can follow it while travelling. If you decide that you need to pause it for a bit, you totally can! You have lifetime access to the documents. 
How do I know if this program is right for me?

When can I expect to see results?
