Several years ago, I found myself seriously struggling with losing weight.
I felt frustrated, angry and worst of all, defeated. I found myself constantly on the yo-yo diet hamster wheel trying everything under the sun.
I tried everything: a variety of diets and cleanses, spending hours at the gym (sometimes even going twice in one day!), restricting my calories, counting macros, I even tried fat burners (I’m embarrassed to admit :o) ...
And none of it worked.
